#11in11 ! That's Vardy For You.

Vardy "delighted" with scoring record
By - Malcolm Cardoza.

On 28/11/15, history was created at the Barclays Premier League when the Fox striker, Jamie Richard Vardy netted the goal in the 24th minute at the Leicester Home Turf, King Power Stadium against the 20 times Epl winners Manchester United on Matchday 14.
The 28-year-old was playing non-league football with the minnows Fleetwood Town in 2012 but the lad can now claim a memorable piece of Premier League history worth remembering.
With this goal, the October Player Of The Month scored his 11th goal in 11 consecutive games breaking a 12 year old record which was previously owned by the former Manchester United and Dutch forward Ruud Van Nistelrooy even though Bastian Schweinsteiger equallized his effort just before the half time.

Congratulations ! Lad.
The match ended up in 1-1 draw at the King Power stadium with Leicester City and Manchester United both sharing a point each and placing them both at 2nd and 3rd place on the Barclays Premier League table behind the leaders Manchester City on Friday.
Despite the World Cup winner's efforts to earn a point for his club against Leicester, he isn't glad about the way United conceded the goal.
"We know the runs that Jamie Vardy tries, so that goal means we're not happy," Schweinsteiger inform reporters.
"It came from our own corner, and our defence wasn't good. It's very disappointing that we conceded that type of goal. He did well to break that record."
He also feels that beating the ex Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri's Leicester side has become a not-so-easy job this season with Vardy and Mahrez looking in a phenomenal goal-scoring and assisting form.
Do you think Vardy and his boys will succeed in winning the first ever Premier League for Leicester City this season?
